Jeff Cyprien, founder, and CEO, talks to Safety Detectives about the story behind Fidextech® and how they ensure the security of their client’s websites.

Please tell us a bit about yourself and the story behind Fidextech®.

 

Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience in customer acquisition, sales, and communications. However, I decided to follow my passion in the IT field. I am now pursuing an MS in technology and Innovation so that I can stay up to date with the latest tech trends while working in the industry.

I have a few years of professional experience in IT and digital marketing, with a focus on creativity and design. I am also experienced with Agile methodologies and a variety of programming languages.

In 2017, I had the idea to start a side project called Fidextech®. Its purpose was to help friends and individuals who needed professional help when it came to digital solutions. Then I quickly realized the global need for creative and design IT solutions. Which made me strongly believe that in today’s increasingly technology-driven world, creative and design services, and IT solutions are more important than ever.

 

As a company, you use UI and UX design which sets you apart from your competition. Please tell us a bit more about this.
